Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 50mg to 200 mg up to three times daily. Use a milligram scale for accurate measurement. DO NOT use more than 200mg in a single serving, or more than 600mg in a day. Individual needs vary depending on caffeine consumption from other sources.
Correct measurement of caffeine anhydrous can only be obtained with an accurate milligram weight scale. Scales can be purchased here: 1/100th gram (milligram) weight scales.
TOXICITY WARNING! Using as little as a few grams of caffeine can result in emergency hospitalization or DEATH! Do not take more than 200 mg per single serving or more than 600 milligrams per day.
