Creatine Monohydrate provides creatine, a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs naturally in higher organisms.
Creatine is manufactured from the amino acids L-arginine, L-methionine and glycine in the liver, kidneys and pancreas. Creatine is concentrated in tissues that use creatine extensively, such as muscle, heart and brain tissue.
Athletes and body builders may consider creatine supplementation during their workout program.

Suggested Use
