    This DMAE Bitartrate powder (Synonyms: Dimethylaminoethanol Bitartrate, or Deanol Bitartrate) is assayed by the manufacturer to be 99.72% Product. You will receive a sealed and labeled heavy duty 4 mil polyethylene bag containing 1.5 kilograms of white crystalline powder product. One hundred grams is also 100 grams, or approximately 3.527 ounces by weight. You won't receive the fancy retail packaging, but you will receive a great deal at or below wholesale prices for a high purity bulk quantity of this product.

    Internal Use of DMAE Bitartrate: As a nutritional supplement taken internally, DMAE Bitartrate has recently become popular as a "Smart Drug" having been shown in clinical studies to reduce age-related decline in cognitive function and memory. DMAE Bitartrate has also be shown in some studies to moderately increase life span is some laboratory animals. One very interesting effect of DMAE Bitartrate supplementation is the reduction of lipofuscin deposits in aging cells. Lipofuscin is a pigmentous accumulation in cells consisting of an aggregation of molecular waste materials from various cell processes.
