PureBulk's Fish oil softgels contain 1000mg of fish oil. Fish oil is known for content of health-promoting omega-3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The omega-3 fatty acids are biochemical precursors to eicosanoids, supporting healthy inflammatory response. Fish that contain omega-3 fatty acids do not actually produce these compounds themselves, but instead accumulate them by consuming algae.
