Gamma-aminobutyric acid (γ-Aminobutyric acid or GABA) is the primary inhibitory neurotransmitter in the human central nervous system. GABA is an amino acid, but is not an alpha amino acid, and is not incorporated into proteins.

Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 750 milligrams (rounded 1/4 tsp) once or twice daily, or as directed by physician. Best if taken without protein on an empty stomach before sleep.
