Glycine is a non-essential amino acid important to the proper functioning of many biological processes.
Even though glycine is a non-essential amino acid, which means it may be synthesized from in the human body, it is nevertheless important in many metabolic pathways.
Glycine helps support muscle formation via protein synthesis, amino acid metabolism and the maintenance of a healthy nervous system.

Suggested Use
