    This pharmaceutical grade amino acid L-Aspartic Acid assayed by the manufacturer to be 99.1% product. You will receive a sealed and labeled heavy-duty 4 mil polyethylene bag containing 1.5 kilogram of this white powder product. One and a half kilograms is also one thousand five hundred grams, or 1500 grams, or approximately 3.307 pounds, or approximately 52.911 ounces by weight. You won't receive the fancy retail packaging, but you will receive a great deal at or below wholesale prices for a high purity bulk quantity of this product. This product dissolves quickly in hot water or somewhat slowly in cold water and has a slightly sour but agreeable taste. L-Aspartic Acid has such a mildly sour taste that few people have trouble taking this pure bulk powder dissolved in hot or cold water. Just mix your usual dose with hot water, stir until it is completely dissolved, and then cool with ice and drink, or add the cooled solution to citrus juice and drink.

    This free form amino acid L-Aspartic Acid is an excititory neuro transmitter and has a vital role as a necessary component and step in the transport of high-energy NADH (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) molecules from the cellular body and into the mitochondria. Supplementation with L-Aspartic Acid increases resistance to fatigue and allows performance athletes and bodybuilders to sustain longer workouts with greater performance, less fatigue, increased stamina and increased endurance. L-Aspartic Acid is also involved in the synthesys of both RNA and DNA, helps to protect the liver, and helps to strengthen the imune system by increasing the body's production of immunoglobulin and antiglobulin, key members of a healthy immune system. L-Aspartic Acid is also involved in proper fat and/or glucose metabolism and has been studied as a potential treatment for fat and/or glucose metabolic disorders of some overweight or obese individuals.     The commonly recommended dose for L-Aspartic Acid Powder varies in the published clinical and scientific literature from between 2 grams and 12 grams per day taken in divided doses between meals.
