What is Methylcobalamin (Methylated B12 Supplement)?

Methylcobalamin is the active, naturally occurring form of vitamin B12. It is highly bioavailable, meaning the body can absorb it easily. Methylated B12 supplements contain a methyl group (CH3) and are ready for use in essential biochemical processes, as the body does not have to convert them first.
