Directions:  Take 1550mg or one level unpacked scoop (1/2 tsp) of caffeine blend in a single serving, every four hours up to three times per day. DO NOT consume more than 1550mg or one scoop (1/2 tsp) in a single serving. DO NOT exceed 4650mg or three (1/2 tsp) per day. Accurate measurement of caffeine blend powder is critical to health and safety.
