Gamma-aminobutyric acid (γ-Aminobutyric acid or GABA) is the primary inhibitory neurotransmitter in the human central nervous system. GABA is an amino acid, but is not an alpha amino acid, and is not incorporated into proteins.

1/8th teaspoon seems adequate. But I tried 1/4 & 3/4 teaspoon also.
Reports are this could replace Prozac, and is safe to take with it. Research that yourself however.
