Does not make me groggy and I awake better than taking Melatonin to sleep. My dreams are vivid and some even in color.

1/8th teaspoon seems adequate. But I tried 1/4 & 3/4 teaspoon also.

Reports are this could replace Prozac, and is safe to take with it. Research that yourself however.
