Vitamin E is collective term describing a group of antioxidant compounds called tocopherols and tocotrienols. Vitamin E Powder 700IU is a water-soluble supplement that contains 700IU/g of an enantiomerically pure form of Vitamin E, D-Alpha Tocopherol.

As a dietary supplement, take 545 mg (about 3/8 tsp) up to two times daily preferably with meals, or as directed by physician.
