Directions: As a dietary supplement, stir 9g (1 1/2 tbsp) powder into at least 8 oz. (a full glass) of liquid one to three times daily. For easy mixing, shake in a closed jar or shaker bottle. Drink immediately. If product is too thick when consuming, add more liquid and stir. Be sure to drink a lot of liquid throughout the day. If bloating or minor gas occurs, reduce the amount you are consuming until your body adjusts.

Warning: If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have any medical condition consult your physician before use. Take this product as recommended. Without drinking enough liquid the product may swell in the throat, causing a blockage or choking. Avoid use if you have ever had esophageal narrowing or swallowing difficulties. Keep out of reach of children.

Psyllium seed husks, also known as ispaghula, isabgol, or psyllium, are portions of the seeds of the plant Plantago ovata. Psyllium is used as a dietary fiber supplement to help relieve constipation, irritable bowlsyndrome, and diarrhea. Psyllium is also used to improve and maintain GI transit.
