Recipes:
- Immune Boost Drink: In a dry 8-ounce drinking glass, mix 1 g of ascorbic acid and ½ g of baking soda. Add 2 - 4 oz of warm water. A fizzing reaction will occur, generating (CO2) bubbles. Stir the mixture gently for 10 – 20 seconds until the fizzing subsides and the liquid becomes clear. Once the fizzing stops, the reaction is mostly complete and produces sodium ascorbate to support immune health. Optional: Add 4 – 8 oz of cool water or orange juice to dilute the mixture and improve the taste. Note: Drink the solution within 10 minutes, as sodium ascorbate reacts with oxygen and loses potency over time.
