Recipes:
- Skin Health Smoothie: Blend 900 mg of ascorbyl palmitate with ½ avocado, 1 cup of frozen fruit (e.g., blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, etc.), and ½ - 1 cup of almond milk or coconut milk for a skin-nourishing drink. Stop and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed and add more liquid if the smoothie is too thick. Note: Ascorbyl palmitate is fat-soluble. Including a healthy fat source like avocado or coconut milk helps with absorption.
