Recipes:
- Evening Relaxation Tea: Stir 500 mg of ashwagandha powder into 8 oz of warm chamomile tea with 1 tsp of honey. Add a pinch of ginger or a squeeze of lime to deepen the flavor. Consume before bedtime to promote restful sleep. Note: Ashwagandha powder is partially soluble in water. It will not completely dissolve, but it will diffuse enough to drink it comfortably.
