FREE GROUND SHIPPING
To show our appreciation for our Customers within the US we offer Free Ground Shipping on orders over $49.00 shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii qualify for the Free Shipping Policy unless their order contains a large item (all items weighing 10kg or more and tubs weighing 3kg or more).- To qualify for Free Ground shipping your order total must be $49.00 or more after discounts are applied, not including shipping.
- Free Ground Shipping can take up to 5-7 Business days for delivery depending on the shipping destination of your order.
- Because UPS Ground may be the shipping method used if you have selected Free Shipping it is required that you supply a physical shipping address for your order to avoid delays in shipping.
- If your order shipping weight is less than 15 ounces it will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail.
- Your order will ship via USPS or UPS. The shipping method is not determined until the order is processed.

RESTRICTED ITEMS
Due to import regulations some products may not be available for purchase to your state. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.While the PureBulk team works hard to prevent shipping products to states that are problematic or prohibited, we cannot guarantee that our restriction information is always up to date. As these regulations change constantly, we highly recommend that you check with your local authorities for information on regulations that may affect your ability to receive your order.

If you find a product that needs to be restricted or allowed to ship to your state, please contact us with the product name and a link to the relevant regulatory agency policy from your local authority’s website. We’ll investigate the issue immediately and update our restrictions accordingly.

You’ll be given all shipping options and exact costs during the checkout process after you have selected the delivery address for your order. Delivery times are estimates based upon the carrier’s guaranteed delivery date and our daily cutoff time for orders. The delivery estimate takes into account weekends and holidays. Once your PureBulk order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number(s). RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Our Return & Refund Policy is as follows:If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you purchased, you can return the unopened package to us for a full product refund. If the product is opened or damaged we will issue a refund equal to the cost of the smallest size we sell in that product. We will not issue refunds for any return shipping costs.
To begin the return process, please email or call us notifying us of your intention and order information. When you mail the product back to us, please include the order’s invoice with the parcel, so we can identify what order it is connected to.
- The product(s) must be postmarked within 90 calendar days of when the order first shipped.
- We highly recommend that you use a traceable shipping provider.
ERRORS IN ADDRESS
Please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if an error has been made in the shipping information on your order. However, we work directly with our shipping providers to help resolve address issues where possible. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees, and we will give you a refund for the merchandise according to our Returns & Refunds policy.OBTAINING A SHIPPING QUOTE:

6) To obtain shipping rates for an alternate delivery address, repeat steps 4-5 and select the "recalculate" button.
VIOLATION OF LAWS
Please familiarize yourself with your state's import restrictions before ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, fines, or penalties incurred by your order due to a violation of law.CUSTOMER REFUSAL
